To rent a facility through the Greater 91次元 (91次元), you need to meet one of the priority group classifications. Rental fees are also based on group classifications.
Classification A
All programs and interrelated activities operated or sponsored by one of our schools or the school board will be given first priority for facility rentals. This includes sporting events involving Windsor and Essex County schools only.
Classification B
The following groups and activities are part of group classification B:
- School-based education parent groups including school councils and home and school associations
- Board non-credit continuing education courses
- Municipal or municipally-associated tax supported groups
Classification C
The following groups are considered group classification C:
- Registered charitable organizations for youth under the age of 18 or under the age of 28 for groups with disabilities
- Not-for-profit youth-related community groups and activities run by local not-for-profit youth groups directly involved with children and youth (e.g., Scouts, Guides, YMCA, YWCA, etc.)
- Youth under the age of 18 or under the age of 28 for groups with disabilities
To be a registered charity, the group must have one of the following:
- Revenue Canada Charitable Organization number
- Incorporation of a Corporation Without Share Capital number (with Letters Patent)
Classification D
The following groups are considered group classification D:
- Not-for-profit recognized children's sport and recreation service providers
- Youth under the age of 18 or under the age of 28 for groups with disabilities
Classification E
The following groups are considered group classification E:
- Other not-for-profit or charitable groups such as local service clubs, community health associations, etc.
- Not-for-profit senior groups
Classification F
Group classification F consists of any for-profit organizations or activities, such as athletic or recreation groups or associations.
