Pride in Education is a new 2SLGBTQIA+ educational resource that is available to staff through . This new resource will help educators with their own awareness of 2SLGBTQIA+ history, movements, figures and issues while increasing visibility in their classrooms.

Who made Pride in Education happen?
Pride in Education was created and compiled by Walter Cassidy (secondary teacher), Lauren Crowley (elementary teacher) and Amina Abdulle (Teacher Consultant for Equity), with assistance from Mike Thrasher (Teacher Consultant – English and Libraries), Tina De Castro (Teacher Consultant for Indigenous Education), Jason Lynn (Teacher Consultant - Literacy School Support) and Madeline McEachern (Communications Officer).
